Give postdocs who don't want to become entrepreneurs themselves the tools to make an impact through their future students. Create a program that will groom them for an academic career resembling that of Vladimir Bulović, Tim Swager, Chris Schuh, Yet-Ming Chiang, Deb Roy, and all other entrepreneurially-oriented professors.
